Invite him into do some voluntary work around the club and it’ll have a far better effect in terms of his respect towards the club and his behaviour (and possibly his mates) on match day.

Would agree with HB, it’s unlikely to be enforced.

Would love to know how that was reached. Seems extremely harsh for a 15 year old. Different story if it was an adult.

Never agreed with lite time bans.

Im sure this will be over turned eventually

Seems harsh for a 15yr old. Just get him to apologies to the linesman and release a statement saying the same. Ban him for the rest of the season and suspend the rest.

Reading between the lines is pressure is put on clubs from the FAI to impose lifetime bans on fans who cause trouble this gets plenty of media and hopefully sends a strong message. In reality those banned supporters can appeal lifetime bans the following season and should be successful unless their utter scrotes.

He should be punished to send a message but given his young age,  I like this idea.

Give an incentive that might reduce his ban and as you said it might also have a positive knock on effect on others.
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.
