rumour has it they are in deep financial trouble, could go into meltdown with relegation. owners deserve it but they do have good loyal fans who have been shortchanged for years by greedy dodgy owners (terence brown then, porn kings now)

I heard on talksport that administration is a real possiblity. The club is up to it's eye balls in debt and going down could be when administration becomes a reality.

I wonder how the olympic gang are feelign after giving them the new stadium Embarrassed

West Ham only got 35 points last season. They were just lucky that Hull and Burnley were so sh*t in the Premier League too last season. The only surprise in them getting relegated this year is the players they brought in in Jan and Hitzlsperger coming back should have been enough to keep them up but it didn't work out.
They will be there or thereabout in the top half of the championship next season.

They aren't due to move into the new stadium until 2014 so they have time.

Sad to see west ham going down- they are a top club imo

That gold lad is a fookin t**ser tries to make everything about him

They should think long and hard about which manager to bring in to make sure they get it right- too many bad decisions made already

What person in their right mind would appoint avram grant as managerClown

It took City 44 years to win the league and 10 months to lose it

Would take Parker if could get him at a good price. Would be surprised if Utd went in for him as well

'opefully they have another couple of relegations by then!! In my opinion only Blackpool have a worse squad of players. Parker is class, Hitzelsperger and Demba Ba decent and the rest mediocre at worse. Green is a catastrophe as is Tomkins and Gabbidon.Upson vastly overrated. Lads like Hines and Sears just aren't going to make the grade and Carlton Cole?Enough said.

Was at the FA cup game between them and Burnley a few months ago, Cole's first touch is shocking, his second touch is worse and he still got two goals for them that night!!

I think Green looks like the type of player that needs an arm around him to build up his confidence and it's something he doesn't get from Grant or Capello at all. He is capable of making some fantastic saves but then will ruin it all by dropping a cross or something like that. Hitzelsperger is a great player, Parker really stepped up his consistency this season but none of them will be there next season.
If I was the owners, I'd be on the phone to Chris Hughton immediately.

Funnily enough wasat that one myself, cheap tickets being the reason I went down, if I remember right. Hitzelsperger can go missing at times but has a lot of abilty. I have been confused about Green from my first sighting of him at Norwich. Just didn't seem good enough and couldn't undrstand the hype. I am shocked h is still around as I was convinced he would be the nw Richard Wright by now! If I was Chris Hughton I wouldn't answer. A poison chalice working for the poison dwarf.

Yeah, £17 or something dirt cheap like that. It was hitzelsperger's first game for them, wasn't it?

Ya I think so.He seemed to make a difference but Burnley were poor. Trouble alright at their end of season meal. Seems Demba Ba was too tired to sign an autograph and one of those loveable cockney rogues took offense. Although you can be too tired to write your name is mind-boggling.

HAHA just remember they still owe Sheff Utd about £10million in Tevez compo which has to be stumped up by the end of the year or will they have transfer embargo's etc.. put on them. If they do go into administration soon then they'll hada pay the debt up in full before coming out of it and run the risk of more than the 10 point deduction LOL
