And people said you were a conspiracy nut! They should have listened along. I think Microsoft are the biggest producer of these clouds. Amazon have an operation too.

Every one thought it was a great idea a few years ago but they haven't announced cloud seeding in a year or 2 because of the damage that is caused when it does rain, in the Northern Emirates especially. The place has no drainage whatsoever. It'll take a week for some of the flooding to fully subside.

Yesterday was different though, one of the worst storm the UAE has ever had. The sky was green at one stage yesterday evening.

They do what now?

A type of weather modification done by dispersing substances like silver iodide and dry ice into the air to encourage rain. Had thought it was a relatively new concept but seems like it’s been around for decades around the world.

The French & the US did it during their wars in Vietnam to make the monsoon season last longer to disrupt supply routes for the NVA & Vietcong.

Ukraine should do it then to extend the mud season while Russia is the one attacking.

If he decides to go on a trip to Armenia then we're in trouble.

I thought Ireland was bad... but the weather in America was crazy when I was there a few weeks ago.

Sunny one day, pissing rain the next, then fog, followed by cold, and then humid before sunny skies again.

You'd want to get undisciplined very quick before it goes off.
