A type of weather modification done by dispersing substances like silver iodide and dry ice into the air to encourage rain. Had thought it was a relatively new concept but seems like it’s been around for decades around the world.

The French & the US did it during their wars in Vietnam to make the monsoon season last longer to disrupt supply routes for the NVA & Vietcong.

Ukraine should do it then to extend the mud season while Russia is the one attacking.

I thought Ireland was bad... but the weather in America was crazy when I was there a few weeks ago.
