I love this bit -

Ghee is a clarified butter without any solid milk particles or water. Ghee is used in India and throughout the South Asia in daily cooking. A good quality ghee adds a great aroma, flavor and taste to the food.

Yeah, the wife was just watching a cookery programme and this Canadian guy is making Indian food but is making a complete Ba11s of it. Some butter splashed on his face and he said.....just wipe this ghee (correct spelling) of my face. I nearly fell of my seat laughing. The wife hasn't a clue so I told her. Still hasn't a clue! Then I looked it up on the Net and got that page. Jaysus, next time you get some Indian take away see if they used their Ghee to make it. By the way, I am seven years old.
