wtf is this multi room viewin thing.
dont get it at all.
 
basically i only want sky sports in one room but can i see rte/bbc (basic channells) in the other rooms

is it sky digital multi room Erimus? Multi room viewing for them is simply another box in a different room. If you have sky sports package, you'd have sky sports on both boxes, same with the movies.

no its ntl or whatever theyre called.
 
basically all i want to know is that say im watching sky sports in the sitting room can somone else watch bbc or whatever in the other room at the same time

Yeah, you can watch sky sports on the couch while someone is watching eastenders in another room. They just stick a connection box on the wall in the other room.

Are you serious?! When has NTL or whatever they are called ever given anything free?!
 
I'd say you'd have to do the usual installation fee and then whatever a month extra. It was a tenner extra a month when I was last living in Dublin that's three years ago now so it might be more.

Erimus, i heard that the multi room viewing is very cheap from NTL. However there must be a catch as this is NTL after all
