Made a complete and utter balls of that
Anyway Stamford bridge and Britania have average attendances of just under 1,000 of full capacity with Upton Park just over 2,000 under just pointing that out.
Interesthing table actually good to see Wolves up at the top and shows how loyal and patient Hull fans somehow managed to stay even after the appointment of Dowie

Anfield not full on Thursday, Stamford Bridge not full last Sunday, Sunderland, Bolton, West Ham, Stoke, Blackburn, etc etc cant fill their grounds and they are in the greatest League in the world apparently, people just cant afford football these days and Glasgow has suffered a lot in the recession. Anyway your probably fishing with your mate Ken Barlow so ill stop commenting now!!!! BTW That was for Shocco and not Roberto Baggio!!!

Confused

Anfield was a complete sell-out Thursday

The higher hoardings meant a lower capacity
Some people don't realise that I think Carmody
Eh  maybe some people are blind but there were a lot of empty spaces on the other side of the ground or maybe im just in dreamland??? And it wasn't at the front it was up the back, maybe some people missed there boat or bus but a lot of empty spaces, same with Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

Why did John Terry have to appeal to fans to turn up to a match against Burnely during the season?

Recession Gerk.
But i would still regard Chelsea,s average attendance "not bad" and Stoke's and West Ham's good(considiring what they,ve had to put up with this season)

Recession is correct and the main reason
But I do feel that as a product the EPL has seen its best days

wasnt fishing this time, was just making the point that celtic fans have turned their backs on their team, over 30,000 emptry seats at some of their home games recently, so if they wont go to their own league games, what makes people think they will bring a massive crowd for an away friendly this time? you cant blame the recesion on over 30000 empty seats, im sure most of them were season ticket holders and likewise im sure ibrox is pretty much full every week in the same city so i dont agree with that argument

what im saying id true so i dont see it as fishing

and believe me, ken is no mate of mine
