anyone see this absolute tripe the other night on rte. It lasted approximately 4 minutes on my telly and I nearly kicked the thing in. What the fuk  are they putting this absolute bollo* on our tellies for. Its our money that pays for this (+ the ar**hole actors bread)

I got a text of a bungle I know saying his friend was part of the editing team and to watch it. So out of curiosity for my simple bungle friend I watched it. f**king abysmal! Brutal direction, lighting, even worse acting a script you'd laugh at someone in college for writing...and to cap it all of this f**king stupid voice over that introduced each sh*t character was at least half the fooking show.
Speaking to the girls in the office next door (Tailoredfilms.ie - see their link as one of the sponsors on the site plug/plug/plug)..they were disgusted and said each episode would be €50,000+ money well spent by RTE...
I'd advise anyone who likes to get angry to watch the second episode next Monday about 11.45pm

Like yourself Bob, I was told to give this a try cos we know someone in the production of it, luckily I was shattered on Mon night and gave it a miss but everyone's giving out yards over how bad it is. RTE just can't do sitcoms, anyone remember Upwardly Mobile and Leave it to Mrs O'Brien, mother of Divine Jaysus, scandalous. I'll give episode 2 a view just to see for myself........what with You're a Star, Plank Kenny and those interminable Gardening/Holiday/Interior Design shows, great that our licence fee is being invested so well in Montrose. Football is RTE's only saving grace with Billo and the team.

that was the purest shyte i have ever let light up me telly.. only watched it to see me old local, slatts and the upstairs bar they claimed was in slatts was not.....MUCK
