A few things:

If the flights are with Turkish, then it is through the new airport in Istanbul, which is not fully open yet, so anyone here is unlikely to have perfect advice on it.

Also, assuming the flight is on one ticket, then you will be fine. If the first flight is delayed slightly, they may hold the Tbilisi one. If it is delayed massively, then the airline will have to put you on the next flight to Tbilisi. Assuming it is Turkish airlines and they are scheduling you on the 23:55 flight on to Tbilisi, then if you miss it because of their delay, they will put you on the 01:10 flight the next day, or else the 06:10 if you are heavily delayed. I wouldn't be worried.

I see it is with Turkish. They do have a few flights a day. There is basically no chance of you missing the 06:20 flight from Istanbul to Tbilisi, even if the first flight is delayed.

The first scheduled flight to Tbilisi is 23:55. The next one is 01:10. The next one is 06:10. You should make the first, you'll almost certainly make the second and no matter what happens, I'd be shocked if you didn't make the third.

It looks like this will be on the cards (over a trip to Geneva).
Do all flights arrive / leave at the crack of dawn ?
Assume should arrange (very) early check in at the hotel

Depends what you concider an early check in, my flight arrives at 00:55 Thursday morning so I've Accomodation booked for the Wednesday night. As a matter of interest anyone here on the Ukrainian flight that arrives into Tbilisi at that time either from Amsterdam or originating somewhere else but connecting in Kiev for the 21:10 departure to Tbilisi.
time is the stuff that life is made of, don't waste it.

Turkish have an afternoon flight.

As KC has done, best to just book the hotel for the night before.

Im just booking the night before as well, hotels are so cheap, its worth it. Dont fancy a few hours hanging around with a bag etc after a 9/10 hour journey. Get  a few hours kip and still be up and out and about fresh enough by noon

We will never sell out our allocation here. The Scots are the only nation to ere very take up 100% away  allocation and with Switzerland 2 days later there won't be an issue most doing both are regulars 700 or so

Was that the game where they threw away their chance to qualify for Euro 2016, and when we beat Germany killed it off completely?

No its the game where we threw away our chances where Georgia finally got something from a game against us which was long over due. Georgia went on to draw with Austria too in Vienna. They deserved something from Lansdowne last time too and deserved to win in Cardiff. They are better than their seeding and will  take points from teams ranked  above them.
