Did you just book a load of hotels in possible locations and a flight into the centre or Germany GF?

Will book a train on July 14th to get  the best price unless of course its Munich which will be 5€ each on the Bayern ticket  from here.

Just booked Dublin - Frankfurt with Ryanair on the Sunday with dad and sis, €72..gonna get a train or rent a car and make our way from there!!Thumbs Up

Booked kerry - frankfurt, Mon-Wed €69 return. Good flight times. Worth the gamble.

bit of a false economy though, game isnt likely to be there so would still have to travel, its 90 mins to frankfurt I think and then a train so prob wouldnt save much in long run and spend a good bit of time travelling

Direct links from hann to duseldorf, köln, frankfurt and karlshrue. Even if it costs another €50 in internal transfers or shared carhire so be it. It is a gamble I admit but one worth taking. Time will tell I supose.

the trip from Kerry to Dublin would be a lot slower than equivalent journey in Germany anyway, so either way probably better off

GF also has a friend of a friend that owns a hotel here.....

I wont book it even though im only 10 min away from kerry airport. Home qualifier against Gilbralter the Saturday before so will probably go straight from Dublin. Gonna be another one of those 5 day trips

lads you can go direct from Hahn to cologne and then onwards , no need to go into frankfurt at all
