to grow the perfect carrots, the secret is parsley, grow the parsley around the carrots and hey presto perfect carrots

plenty of horse sh*t ............... great for growing vegetables.......... dont know where you can buy it but I know an awful lot of people that can talk it.
As for the chickens Jimmy......... Superquinn will supply, season and cook you one for as little as 7 euro so I wouldn't bother trying to rear these..... too much f**kin pluckin involved
