Would you trust Newstalk to get this triggered and wound up asking the government questions like this?

He is running for Europe based on domestic issues. He was being challenged on it. MEPs don't control Ireland's Garda budget.

As he said himself certain issues have a link to Europe. And based off those clowns Mick and Claire shilling for Russia every week anything is surely better than them. I sure hope we don't elect any vatniks next time.

But even if you have a point he never grills a FFG minister like that even when they're spoofing out their hole.

When you have a small number of MEP’s coming from our Island vs other European countries, the government elected MEP’s are utterly worthless due to the position they take with Europe’s ruling government. What you need as the small fish is effective opposition and one thing for sure over the last 5 years Wallace, Daly, Flanagan and to a lesser extent MacManus have provided that. They have been effective in holding the European Parliament to account on multiple subjects. I’ll only be putting down a 1,2,3,4 on the ballot paper this time based upon how the opinion polls can make my vote go further. (Wallace, Gavan, Funchion & Penderville).

Newstalk reporting roughly 200 people at the Newtown march. Either they can't count or they've an agenda. I'm gonna go with can't count 😂
