When I download it there's an underscore after .pdf When I deleted that, it opened fine. Not easy to do on a phone obviously!

My name isn't on the ticket, only "B2B Ireland" Anyone else experience that?

So the FAI didnt let you down, because they don’t lock accounts on people. So you let yourself down.
