Unbelievable how annoying this is. Portugal match was an absolute disaster with it in particular. No problem with drinking but should not be sold after 15 mins prior to kick off

GAA and League of Ireland allow it but you can't bring it into the stands. The drugs is everywhere. I reckon a 3rd of the 20/30 year old population does cocaine.

We should have been given Methadone to watch Ireland play over the last 20 years

Smell of weed everywhere you go these days. Can smell it from so far away as well it really travels even outdoors!
I personally liked being able to bring a beer to my seat at Portugal game and sip on it through the half but can live without it and especially if it encourages people to keep going back and forth to the bar. Even if I desperately need to go the toilet, I would try my best to hold out to the half or if its an emergency, at least wait until there is a proper break in play. Does be very frustrating when people pass in the middle of play, especially if it's the same people doing it at the same game |

I think it always comes down to respect and lack of from some people.
As Andy says having a quiet pint in your seat at a game isn't the worst thing in the world, but it's the having the respect to not disrupt those around you. That Portugal game was a joke I think I missed a good five minutes of the game due to having to get up to allow someone by who'd go up to the bar every break in play and then come back with a rack of pints for himself and his mates. As said above close the bars 15 minutes before kickoff and during the game.

Happy enough to avoid a pint at the ground , usually driving mid week and if it’s a weekend gsme will likely have had a few before and some planned after
Seems less of an issue in 114 or maybe it’s less problematic as you are already standing

The drug problem is ridiculous. Some people are so off their heads they think we have a chance of qualifying for Euro 24

At dunnes there and parked in the spots designated for parents with young children as i had the baby with me, about 20 metres from the entrance. Came out after my shop and as soon as I got out into the air the smell of weed. A quick look around and I could see the two young culprits were puffing away, right beside my car. Proceeded to start to put the baby but the smell was so overpowering and with the baby i just said "jaysus lads the bang off that". They said sorry and moved off but even after packing everything in and driving off the smell had not fully left the car by a few minutes later. I was partial to a bit of hash back in the day but jaysus the stuff they smoke these days is so potent would make you sick
