Booked into the Ibis Montmarte also, can't go too far wrong with the relatively direct Metro to the stadium from the Harp Bar area.

It’s expensive but it’s the centre of a one of the major cities in Europe just before a major tournament

What the hell are people expectations have you seen Dublin prices  - stayed in the Latin  quarter last time but it pricey now have  booked a couple of option and will decide when I do a bit I research

I'm staying in the Latin Quarter. What's it like? From what I've read it seems pretty lively.

Aye it’s decent spot with good connectivity- hotel just a bit pricier than what I wanted to pay

We drank in the student area last time was decent spot and prices a bit more reasonable drinks wise -

No interest in going near moulin rouge area

I don't speak Latin which kinda rules out that area.
Handy that they still taught it when you went to school NR!!

Cheeky bollix ( I did 3 years of Latin ) Marcus and Sextus go to the collisiseum……..

There's a handful of bars near the stadium...

Any sense of how easy it'll be to get tickets for this game? No away history, but a season ticket holder the last two years. Should I book some accommodation and flights now or would I be better to wait until I've gotten tickets?

Hard to know. Your ST will make no difference.

If you're prepared for the possibility of watching the match in the bar in the Paris, book away.

Away allocation will be around 2,400 you'd think so anybody without any away record would be unlikely to get a ticket you would have think.

Purely basing off the demand for Greece which I didn't expect, I'd say it's a safe enough guess that both France & Netherlands away will be no go for anyone with no away record.

Looks like Gib would be the only option for someone to get on the ladder this year

Booked this for three nights direct from Belfast and back. Hotel near Chateau D'Eau Metro station for €200, handy for Gare Du Nord and for Parc De Princes Metro line. Prefer to stay south of river, but didn't seem to be much choice at reasonable price.

Or be willing to go home end.
If you're sitting around waiting for tickets you'll never go anywhere, and if you do you'll likely be paying the most for the left over flights/accom

Do people anticipate this one to be oversubscribed?

Booked dirt cheap flights outa Belfast last night. Got a hotel near the ground relatively cheap a few months back. I met the criteria for Greece so hopefully get a ticket, bringing the missus who only has Glasgow on the record though so need to have the "if i get a ticket and you don't..." discussion. Might try buy home ends as a back up.

I would say it is still likely to be oversubscribed.

Not sure why they would, they sell out most games no bother, we're entitled to around 2,400 to start with anyway. Fairly sure that would be over subscribed.

They'd 76k v Greece and Parc is is a 48k capacity
