Silly question. It seems you are equating anyone who thinks Stephen Kenny isn't up to it as Irish manager as being the same thing as wanting Ireland to lose. Of course I want Ireland to beat France, who doesn't??Confused Not going to happen though. We will be fighting it out with Greece for 3rd/4th spot.

Of course it’s possible to be critical of Kenny and want Ireland to win.  However your original post on this seemed to be revelling in the fact that Kenny will be gone shortly.   Surely your hope is that he proves you wrong and goes on a winning streak and we are in a great position come the end of the group and he gets a contract extension.

It’s weird that you would seek solace in the fact he will be gone soon in your eyes as that implies that we lose a few if not all our opening games.

Stop strawmanning. Everyone wants Ireland to start the group strongly but if you're somewhat in touch with reality you'd realise that it isn't looking too likely. That's the implication he was making.

A long time ago, tbh. Pedantry and strawmanning (if it's a real word), another few pathetic posts from yourself as usual.

Report in the Tan Telegraph that the FAI are lining up Carsley as Kenny's replacement. Interesting
