Did it the last time we play Gib in Faro. Took family - quite scenic, but train can be a bit tartly.
Sorry, a bit rattly.

Wondering the same thing. Went out for the Portugal game last year but was obviously ticketless so stayed in Albufeira. Vilamoura is closer all the same.
For the last Gib game in Faro, some stayed in Faro itself but more stayed in Albufeira
Taxi in and out after game? Or is there transport.
Need to know, its only just over a year away Tongue

It's still mid 20s in the Algarve today in mid October

Thanks, think I'll go with Albuferia so. Decent weather still in October so may as well make the most of it instead of staying in the city

It will be in Faro

Well just may have to think about that one , was never ever going to go back to Gib

I was in same boat. Might try and do a few days, trick the missus in to thinking it's a winter sun break.

All done as Mrs Claret booked out of Shannon and back Sat to Tues
Lansdowne Road debut aged 52 and 201 days .
