Yeah they played one WCQ game in Thessaloniki and the rest in Athens, and then played two NL games in Volos (about 300km from Athens)

Ive booked 4 nights in Glyfada,Oasis apartments I think.
The rest will be in central Athens, not booked yet but have a few picked out with a pool. Reason for delay is I’m thinking of going to Poros for a night or 2 but 3 different accommodations in 10 days is a but messy!

I was in Poros earlier this year, i wouldnt go back, its pretty run down. It strikes me as a place that had seen better days and was more popular 20 years ago. It has limited bars and restaurants werent great but has a nice sandy beach though if that's what you're looking for

Hydra is much nicer, but has no sandy beaches so its a personal preference I guess

Good shout.

Seems to be loads of bars, restaurants and the like in Glyfada. Some nice public beaches and better private ones like Astir.  Few days of tours and trips, some by the pool and beach and a few around the game soud like a balanced enough holiday to me. Will hire a car for a day and head south into Attica province too.

Looks like lads who didn't book it early will have to go indirect. Thinking a stop over in Milan either there or back. I know a few lads did it before when they went to Greece.
Let the Games begin ...
