Regardless, the real worry is how often the team bottles leads. Worrying

Thats just it we were so dominant and we end up clinging on by our fingernails. Im a Kenny fan but even i am wavering after that collapse. We shud have seen that game out easily. And why is Ogbene still sitting down?????? WHY

Because our hopeless manager doesn’t know how to play against sides that sit deep and play to nick one on the counter.

Still a disappointing performance though.

2 goals from set-pieces. Not seeing the game out at 2-0 or building on it is frustrating.

Especially at home. We seem to always struggle badly at the Aviva against lower ranked teams.

Can’t help but feel the decision to bring on Hourihane was protective and designed to “play it safe.” Reminiscent of the famous Kerr decision when forced to substitute Keane against Israel.

That was a disaster out 20 minutes after total domination and nearly wasted the whole thing. Good to win, but it would have been encouraging to close with a flourish rather than with a helping hand and meltdown by the opposition.

We’ve never been good favourites in SK’s defence, but yeah under his tenure it’s been more prevalent than ever probably.

It wasnt that freak. We were complacent. Collins was too far forward for the1st goal IMO. Bazunu shud have saved the 2nd even after Hourihanes pass. Im worried lads after that. Very worried. We could have lost that if we didnt get the peno.

kenny needs to cop the f**k on.
Hourihane hogan should be nowhere near that side. Very disappointed with Doherty and bazunu too. Dominated for 70 mins then sh*t the bed, hanging on at the end v nine men. Good first 70, shockingly bad last twenty, molumby being stupid changed the whole pattern.
No Pasaran!

Cullen and Molumby gone from our midfield and Hourihane had a shocker.  Not just that pass but his legs are gone.  He needs to be retired.  Our central midfield is our weakest area and it’s the most important area too.

I think smallbone and Coventry will be promoted for Euros

And don't forget that Molumby escaped a red. Kenny definitely got all of his luck back in 1 game tonight.

The 1st qualifier next year will be very interesting after this.

Neither of them are even close to ready so we’re absolutely f*cked if Cullen + Molumby get injured or suspended
