It would damage this forums' reputation

Are you too cool to keep an eye on how Irish lads are doing for their clubs?

Then don't - one screen and a helpful app is all you need.

Ah bless, did Gavin let you down today?

Given you dont seem able to comprehend most of it, it's not a bit of wonder you describe it as such.

Extended Highlights of the win over Norwich

Heavily involved in 4 goals.
1 goal, 1 assist.
6 chances created.
Team of the Week

[Poor Duffy]
[Idah with Norwich's 2 goals]

He's had a very strong start to the season, taking the step up to the Championship in his stride.
I would like to see him get a call up next week.

With an eye to the future, you'd think he is the type of player that should start to get a look in with the senior team

Azaz looks very good in those highlights, but he was given a lot of time in every situation. And the goalkeeper was poor for his goal.
But he looks comfortable with either foot.
Is he played as a striker by Plymouth? He was frequently on the shoulder of the last defender as Plymouth were attacking.

No, he plays as a 10 in Schumachers formations, sometimes as a single 10, but more often as one of 2 10s in behind the central striker Hardie. I have never seen him play as the furthest man forward. He has sometime played slightly deeper as an advanced 8.

I wonder if Israel would be interested in him.

Israel might qualify automatically for Euro 2024.

He may well be ineligible for them now (having played for Ireland competitively after his 21st birthday).

If he didn't have his Israeli citizenship sorted before playing for the U21s he'd be ineligible for them.

They're also getting a good crop of young players coming through having finished runners up at the U19 Euros, 3rd at the U20s WC, and semis of the U21 Euros which qualifies them for the Olympics.

Might have to be Azaz approaching them rather than the other way around if he really wanted to and was able to switch.

They can thank Jim Crawford for that one.
