Did brilliantly in the run up to Coventry's goal vs Sunderland, won two tackles and then carried the ball forward and played a nice pass through. Looks a prospect.
We're decent enough..

Delighted to see McNally get the nod again tonight. Looking at the squad make up I would expect him to play regularly for Coventry.

Hopefully he gets the 15-20 games under his belt and establishes himself at solid Championship level. Fairplay to Burnley also for not pissing about with him and letting him develop elsewhere when he wasn’t playing.

If he impresses at Coventry they could well use him in a player plus cash deal to try sign Gyokeres who they've interest in.

Sadly no move to Standard Liege in the end. Off to Coventry instead.

Rumours of interest from Standard Liege
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

Neil O'Riordan says Standard Liege have an interest and that Rotherham and Wigan are keen. Mentions Blackpool as a possible loan since Mick took over and being just up the road.

Vincent Kompany in favour of a move to Standard Liege as he believes it will improve his skills on the ball, so of course he'll probably end up at Rotherham or Blackpool.

Looks like Burnley are bringing in a Belgian centre back so that will hopefully free McNally to go out on loan.

With McGuinness being recalled by Cardiff it wouldn't be a bad move for McNally to replace him at Sheffield Wednesday.
