Brilliant Clap

Honestly makes the payback time miles quicker. Even better if it gets you into Green Mortgage territory. And with crazy energy prices, even moreso!

They finally did it man... They killed my f**kin' car...

A no brainer. Another plus is that a PV system is the most efficient way of reducing your BER rating, so for a modest investment you'll reap a significant uplift in the value of your property. For example a 5kW system could move your property up 3 notches on the BER index. Now that's back of a fag packet stuff but there's a formula which shows exactly how much improvement to your BER rating a PV system would do.

Could becy issues with house insurance in time. Solar panels are a potential fire risk.

I had a fantastic couch once that was like a coin hover for unsuspecting guests. Every now and again would remember to shove the hands in and pull out €8 big ones.
Muahahahah.

I would appreciate it if you didn't tell anyone about my busy hands. Not so much for myself, but I am so respected, it would damage the town to hear it

Inevitable. This winter will be very expensive. Business' will become increasingly under pressure and layoffs are Inevitable.

Energy rationing is a possibility.

As far as I know, none of these ****s offer fixed rates. It’s a f**king racket. Sign up to their terms which they can change at any time. Such ****s
