They've played well alright but bar perhaps McIlroy and Casey at times Europe haven't played badly at all. 

Rahm Hatton Hovland all played very well.

20 to play for who knows what can happen

Big call to make it for the foursomes in the morning. Clearly Rory not at the races and sitting out a session might do him some good. 
Would like to see a 
Rahm/Sergio
Fleetwood/Hovland
Westwood/Lowry
Hatton/Wiesberger 

No room for Fitz, Rory, Casey and Poulter. 

I can't see Paddy leaving Rory out though. He'll play in all 5 based purely on reputation rather than form.

Would have to agree. Always thought the 1/2 was very generous about the States if you had money. 1/4 would have been where I’d put it. Regardless, hopefully they win 5-3 tomorrow and make it a contest Sunday. On paper it was no contest and has turned out that way. Casey/Weisberger was a strange 1st pairing in fourballs when they needed momentum but maybe he sacrificed those. 

I would hope he doesn’t make any decisions on afternoon pairings until he sees how morning festers. It didn’t look like he took morning form into account at all for this afternoon. 

Men against boys and hard to see it changing.

This was a crucial match and we threw it away.
The guys were 2 up and Hovland missed a few putts to make it 3 UP and game over. 

To have any chance to need to come out today and win a session. 
Rory has been dropped for the first time ever. 

But that American team must be the best ever based on rankings.

A tough third session ahead..

Westwood and Fitzy didn’t work  and Casey was as bad as Rory if not worse.  Fleetwood put points on the board and doesn't get a look in. Hovland and Bernd seems a thrown together.

Harrington setting by himself to be absolutely slaughtered. Three sessions in and two of his picks have only played once.

Agree. Some strange pairings. Casey was awful. Westwood very poor,can’t putt for sh*te. Too many Europeans not on their game. Add in the Americans are flying,only one outcome ahead.
