Probably, and be sh*te as usual but it is enjoyable listening to their delusions in the build up to the championships...

Sets them up nicely for their inevitable defeat away to Georgia.

Have you not read the Ireland fan memo? Scotland and Wales are always sh*te. And no credit must be given to them whatsoever.

5 point lead between themselves and third place. Spain and Norway have to play eachother again as well so more dropped points there. I don't seem them bottling qualification from here

I think the antipathy towards Wales and Scotland has a little more to do than just with football, all the fake nationalism is a bit much especially the Scots who turned down independence to be ruled instead by King Boris..

As i said in a subsequent post i was referring to McTominey scoring 4 goals in a row. It was said in jest not to be taken literally. Thought it would be obvious enough.

Very poor. The level of quality is way off previous teams. Still decent in possession but no real threat. They will still be decent at home which may bring them over the line in this group.

It wasn't anywhere near their best XI tbf, but they are in decline in some key areas.

Simón, Laporte, Balde, Pedri, Gavi, Olmo and Morata would all be considered possible starters. Probably Nacho too.

CB and ST are two areas lacking the quality of previous generations. Hierro, Puyol, Piqué, Ramos, Raúl, Torres and Villa.

They still have some quality midfielders in Rodri, Ceballos and Fabián Ruiz.

Morata was made captain then spent all night on the bench against Scotland, wasn't injury related either! A bizarre line up from the manager, I was expecting him to bring a few of the 21 players through since he was previously the under 21 manager but instead he played 4/5 journey men against Scotland.

Didnt he bring in Joselu for his 1st cap the other night and he came on and scored 2 goals so i assume that is why he started him. Strange Morata didn't come on and Gavi only came on late too.

He did but if we are being honest Joselu should be nowhere near the squad! Borja Iglesias came on ahead of Morata last night too.

Lol. Spain made eight changes, and they are blaming Scotland’s style of play and the length of the grass.

Great game tonight. Croatia were taking the piss out of the Dutch at times. Hope Koeman doesn’t get sacked before we play them. Once again the Nations League delivers. A rare great idea from UEFA.

The Dutch were very ordinary tonight, they were almost like a Mick McCarthy/Martin O'Neill managed side that were happy sitting back until they went behind then resulted to throwing their big CB up front and in the end going gung ho with 4-2-4. Easily the worst Dutch side in my lifetime.

Yeah, they were awful. I thought they were ok in the first half but were really bad for the rest of the game. Koeman is an awful manager.
