Predict the winner and claim your prize from Bigstrongman - DM him at the end of the tournament. His decision is final on all matters.
France for me, best defence and I think Mbappe will be the best player in the tournament. Having won the World Cup will give them confidence and belief. |

Yeh I have a sneaky feeling about the Italians. Tough side of the draw but Italy are a real tournament team. Decent bet at 8/1 too

I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Going for Portugal, they've a much improved squad from their victory last time, with the likes of Dias, Cancelo and Bruno coming in. But I have to say its a wide open tournament.

Italy for me, I think if they win their group they have a decent run to the final (Belgium in QF will tough but I think they'll beat them)
Denmark will be the surprise package can see them making at least QF/SF I'd also say Lukaku for top scorer or Gerard Moreno from Spain.

Hard call, Belgium, Italy Portugal and German all have aging defences. France seem to have the best squad all round but wonder if Benzema might upset the apple cart. On balance, I fancy Germany, think they have the best forwards, with the Chelsea players coming off CL success they should be very confident.

Portugal, with a bit of luck, starting xi is strong but not sure the squad is, France do appear the strongest mind. What a treat their group is.
Will go Lewandowski top goalscorer

If verratti stays fit Italy have a vey good chance so went with them.
Germany should be the freshest team with their season having started earlier than most of the others but hard to know what their motivation level will be. France and Portugal the other two I’d pick the winner from. It’s wide open though.

Picked Italy but Portugal could be close.
Dark horse pick is Turkey, could we see them in the Final? Germany: Low has been in charge too long France: Deschamps and his exceedling large head, again can he get another tune out of them? Don't think so Spain: Haven't been great of late England. Defence seems weak and their keeper is a bird brain Belgium. If De Bruyne is fine they'll be hard to stop Holland. Nah Switzerland and Denmark are teams that could go far. It's a very open tournament
