Another great UEFA idea, the Nations League

A better alternative to the meaningless friendlies that we all know and love.

Scots can have no complaints, created chances just not clinical enough.

Considering their strikers were transferred in from England (Adams) and Australia (Dykes) it makes you wonder how bad the best Scottish strikers must be.

At least they have their 0-0 win against England to look back on.

They've just transferred across to the fan zone in Glasgow on the Scottish game coverage on UK TV. Nobody there - they've already gone home. Lightweights.

Have the Scots ever had a reliable goal scorer upfront? Dennis Law only name springs to mind but that's going back a year or two....

Kenny Dalglish

Kenny Miller

Imagine mentioning both Kenny’s in the same sentence.

Agree, f**k Scotland. Specialists in failure - 11 tournaments and can't get out of the group LOLLOL

I read a lot on here of how sectarian a nation Scotland is, anti-Irish and anti-Catholic and everyone over here seems to be running about pretending to be a jock all summer

Just Wales and England to get rid of now

The Scots hate us but we love them for some strange reason.

f**k them is right.

Weird statement! I’ve met plenty of Scotland fans who want us to do well.

Jealousy mainly. We've qualified more frequently in recent times and with better results. Most TA fans decent skins though and have great times with them over the years. Wouldn't worry too much about the keyboard warriors on their message board.

I don't know if it's maybe a sympathy thing, we don't mind them so much because they're fairly harmless. Whereas the Welsh are actually quite decent these days so they piss us off more.

Not a hope of England playing Germany.

Germany will beat Hungary 2-0 I'd say. Have a feeling Hungary will have a bit of a drop off in energy tonight so can't see them holding Germany to a draw.

Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Yeah Germany will beat Hungary 4-0 or something but I reckon France beat Portugal and top the group.

There's a real chance of it happening IMO as i think France will beat Portugal to top the group on 7 points and Germany will finish 2nd
