He slapped, albeit softly, the Dundalk player on the head right under the refs nose. The Dundalk keeper should be embarrassed also for his play acting for the disallowed goal.clearly no contact with his head whatsoever.

Thankfully the Drogheda Bohs game wasn’t televised. A terrible spectacle.

Why the hell isnt Pats Rovers game in tv tonight instead of Shels Dundalk. Would make more sense.

I think it's because Rovers have been on a few times already and they are trying to spread it around

I know but if your looking for people to tune in the game in Richmond would do that. Big game. Sold out. Shels game not that enticing to the neutrals.

Rovers have been on RTE once this season, twice overall if you include Virgins game v Bohs.

Matches shown by RTE so far

Cork v Bohs
Derry v Sligo
Shels FC v Derry

Bohs  v Rovers (Virgin Media)

Rovers v Shels
Shels v Dundalk

Upcoming

Derry v Rovers
Rovers v Bohs

They showed shels 3 games in a row now. Could have just shown Rovers 4 games in a row too if they showed tonight's game instead. Was the better game and would have been better for the tele.

A slap is being generous to be fair.
Farrell stupidly does it right in front of the refs nose too. Ward should have been booked for that ridiculous reaction, same with Sheppard.
