Luxembourg doesn't seem that bad looking going by the pictures of the old town. 

I expect it to be cold enough though when we're there.

I doubt it - dead rubber by then for both teams in terms of qualifying/play-offs. Plus Luxembourg tend to only sell out their home games against the pot 1 teams (ie France, Belgium, Spain etc).
