Fair point, getting the Under 19s and Under 21s mixed up there!

We should hopefully beat Luxembourg this time, based on how the away game went.

Subs: David Odumosuu Oisin McEntee, Ronan Boyce, Conor Noß, Dawson Devoy, Alex Gilbert, Andy Moran, Colm Whelan, Evan Ferguson.

Would've started Colm Whelan ahead of Kayode. Nice to see Liam Kerrigan get a start for the U21s. Andy Lyons must be out injured if he's not even in the squad as he'd have been starting.

Kilkenny looking very good.
Ireland have been ok in general. not moving the ball fast enough, controlling the game but have not adjusted to the wind which has been frustrating.
Wright has looked good aswell.

Both lads have to be very interesting with a view to the senior sqaud going forward to next spring and beyond considering our lack of options in midfield. Both very good on the ball one playing Championship football regularly and the other has proven he's more then able just unfortunate to be competing with the best set of midfielders in the Championship.

Hopefully we can get another goal or two in the first 20 minutes of this 2nd half make life easy for ourselves!

I've said it before but have never been impressed with any of our performances since Crawford took charge.

Nor I, Kayode is very ineffective up front despite the goal and the rhs with O'Connor and Kerrigan is completely dysfunctional. The rest of it looks ok. Need to get Tierney on the ball more and one of Coventry/Kilkenny needs to push further up the pitch in support. Wright and Bagan have been bright enough down the LHS.

Me either but he's had the misfortune of lads being moved to the senior squad. Though I was hoping we'd have brought another coach in who wasn't already on the FAI payroll but that wasn't gonna happen at the time when there was f**k all money.
