We are back baby.
God it would be good if by July time the one worry was a ticket scramble for Portugal! Here’s hoping anywayLOL

7K will apply ,  LOLLOLLOL
Really? Considering the team we have, our desperate form (we couldn't even beat Luxemburg at home) for a dead rubber (for us, being effectively out of contention for qualifying) against a team that's probably going to hand our arses to us? LOL

You're right, probably closer to 10k in that case.
The dark side.. And the light

Some scramble for tickets if that's the case, in such a small stadium. Ouch

Will be more than enough tickets to go around.
We'll be getting 1,500 tickets if full capacity is allowed which will be more than enough.

Even considering the pent up demand with it being our first away trip since October 2019 and the Algarve being a popular holiday spot? Hope you're right. Thumbs Up

Great news but I'm less hopeful of this after Varadkar said no international travel until August at the earliest

From reading between the lines it looks like they're moving it to Faro with the hope of having away fans

We played in Faro against Gibraltar at the exact same time of year and I'd say there was a max of around 1,200 there. Yes, there was no pent up demand but we were a lot better back then so more attractive to go and watch than we are now.

Yeah, the fact that they seem to be putting our game on in a small stadium probably reflects how far we've fallen along with the fact that we're effectively out of the running and are no longer one of their qualifying rivals. A few years ago, this game would have been a cert for Lisbon. Cry

Had a hunch it would be Faro simply because it's well out the way, less densely populated was the logic behind it.

UK based fans can get there without any problems as there's currently a travel corridor between the 2 countries.
It's safe to say The Common Travel Area will be the first flights out of Ireland allowed so can always stop off at a UK airport if there's a foreign travel ban still in place by then.
