As it stands i think fans will be in the stadium now will away fans be allowed is the big question the way  i am looking at it is if i dont see the point going if i cant get to see the game

if home fans are allowed in why wouldn't away fan be allowed in given that they are allowed into the country in the first place

Just like me it's guess work NR , why are the Premier league letting in 25% of home fans and none for away side in the last two games ?
Lansdowne Road debut aged 52 and 201 days .

It's all English games. And to answer to that is they don't want people getting on trains 600 miles across the country to go from Plymouth to Carlisle potentially spreading it all the way across the country.

The Portuguese are likely to follow the same logic either keep fans contained in 1 area of the country in Lisbon or move it completely out the way and have some sort of proximity restriction where you can only buy tickets if you're from a certain area like the FA are doing for the FA Cup

I'd be surprised if away fans were back as early as Portugal.

The Premier league is hoping to have capacity crowds in August.
To be fair if travel restrictions are still in place, that could go ahead just as easy with only people from mainland UK.
An international game is a bit different with fans travelling in from all corners.

most will be travelling to the game from an EU country or the UK. Seeing as the EU want as few barriers within the bloc, and are developing a vaccine passport, I can see this going ahead with a full house. The only reason imo away fans do not end up being at the game is if the FAI or Portuguese FA decide they couldn't be arsed dealing with the hassle.

Surely there's no reason now we can't have fans at our game now. They are inviting 9,000 foreigners into their country before any Portuguese has been to a game at any level.

If it's not full capacity, which I don't think it will be, I'm unsure as to whether Portugal will let away fans instead of more home fans.

I would be of the same opinion that most nations will look to get as many of there own fans in first while there are reduced capacities

The guidelines set for the CL final gives a pessimistic view of our chances.

Chelsea/City fans must leave the country as soon as the game's finished. Outsiders are basically unwelcome for now.

Thats just rubbish. As of 00:00 17th May 2021, Portugal will allow British tourists to enter. That crap was picked up by the media and spread around, I've heard it on the radio as well. Fake news. Enjoy Portugal.

It wasn't fake news yesterday, it came directly from the Portuguese government that they would have to be in and out on the same day. Maybe they've changed their minds but it was most certainly accurate yesterday.

From the Telegraph:

Hours after a shock announcement from the Portuguese government that those attending the all-English showdown in Porto would “come and return on the same day”, it confirmed it would permit British tourists from midnight on Monday.

Really? Considering the team we have, our desperate form (we couldn't even beat Luxemburg at home) for a dead rubber (for us, being effectively out of contention for qualifying) against a team that's probably going to hand our arses to us? LOL
The nation holds it's breath...YES, WE'RE THERE!!!
