I do agree with VanBosch's post though, I think it's unlikely there'll be any international travel in mass numbers (for something like a match) for the rest of this year, unfortunately.

Portugal plan unveiled last night. You'llbe able to eat and drink outside restaraunts, bars and cafes from 5 April and inside from 19 April. [Source Ewan McKenna Twitter.] But shur we probably be still stuck within our 5km here.

Portugal is being removed from UK's red flag country list from Friday.

Obv the situation could change but could Irish fans travel via England to Portugal rather than direct to avoid any mandatory quarantines?

Getting there is only part of the problem , I think where still some time off from away fans being in grounds

It's estimated that 80% of all EU adults will be vaccinated by the summer.
If these estimations are achieved, then there is no reason why travel won't be open to Vaccinated Travellers with a -ve test from Sep onwards.
