Can't be a dishwasher! Glasswashers are dear and shouldn't have anything other than glasses in them. It sounds obvious, but has been the ruin of many a pub!

someone told me before that places putting coffee cups and milk jugs in has a big impact on the glasses, something to do with the milk.

Yeah, milk kills glasses. I have experimented with this as I used to drink a lot of milk at home. I used to keep a separate pint glass for my cow juice and if you tried pouring lager into it it would be completely flat.

Sackable offence if some newbie puts the milk jugs in with the pint glasses.  It often shocked me the amount of people who do some bar work casually and have no cop on.  Same in kitchens.

What you doing at the font? Brick with a small door?

I am wondering what the cost would be to have a mostly glass front.

PVC hall door and 4 foot double glazed window at the front. Just plastered for now, don't know if I'll bother painting it.

4 foot wide? What height?

looks fairly square
