Well, the only thing about getting Luxembourg is that there's nothing to gain from playing them - you basically have to get six points, because Serbia and Portugal will. There's no risk of Serbia dropping points there.

But that's not necessarily what you'd want Luxembourg are unlikely to take points off Portugal or Serbia - we've usually relied on pot 4 or lower teams taking points off our main rivals while we beat them |
