Ideally we get some easy hits for confidence. Play them first and get some goals and some momentum.

Don't think Bosnia and Kosovo can be drawn together for political reasons

Looking at the pots
Pot1 Denmark would be ideal even though we gotten them the last few draws var the 5-1 there hasn't been much between us. Croatia would be my second preference, yes they have some quality players but a lot of their golden generation are coming to the end of their careers they have also been very erratic form wise the last few years Pot 2 In a heart beat I'd take Slovakia. I know they were missing a few players when we played them but so were we. As I referenced with Croatia their results have been fairly erratic. Austria would be my second choice, another team we know well but another who we could get something from. Pot 4. Luxembourg no explanations neefed Slovenia would be my second choice here to be honest this is more from a potential travel point though who knows what will happen in regards to that at the moment. Pot 5. One of Faroese, Latvia or Andorra more again due to travel reasons but also I feel other teams in pot 5 would have the possibility of being a difficult task especially Armenia and Kosovo Pot 6 shouldn't matter who we get from here tbh but Malta would be a nice sun holiday. Moldova would be the only one you'd say could cause issues but I loved Chisnau last time so would happily return.

Bosnia is a mix of bosnians, serbs croats not just one ethnic block. Not sure if they can play kosovo or not. Pretty sure the likes of armenia and azerbeijan though cant be grouped together for obvious reasons

We're overdue a big name. Last few draws, the Pot 1 teams we've got have been Switzerland and Wales.

Fairly sure Kosovo can't draw Serbia or Bosnia due to the old conflict/war/genocide |

I can understand Serbia/Kosovo as Serbia doesn’t recognise its sovereignty. I’m unaware of any such issues with Bosnia and Kosovo. Bosnia and Serbia can play each other. Ethnic Serbs in Bosnia can play for Serbia.

Kosovo/Serbia, Spain/Gibraltar, Azerbaijan/Armenia, Russia/Ukraine. I think that could be it in Europe?

Bosnia doesn't recognise Kosovo either. The Bosnian government is made up of 3 parts - ethnic Croatians/Ethnic Serbs/Bosniaks - the Ethnic Serb section consistently refuses to recognise Kosovo

Exactly. Bosnia doesn't recognise Kosovo for that reason. The logic being if one region of Serbia can secede and be recognised, then the ethnically Serbian part of Bosnia (called Republika Srpska) can secede from Bosnia, which obviously Sarajevo doesn't want to happen
