You'd think UEFA would at least let us know by the end of this month if there'll be attendances permitted at the September games. Put us out of our misery and announce it instead of delaying the inevitable.
Dont think its UEFAs decision to make really. No way they can tell Ireland that fans are permitted in Aviva stadium

Confused

Match is under UEFA control. If they say no fans very little the FAI can do about it.

Why would UEFA want the backlash from countries who have very low infection rates. Slovakia and Bulgaria two countries we will be playing are allowing around 50% in their stadiums. It will be decided by the governments.

Exactly this and uefa have already indicated it'll ultimately be a decision per country decided by whatever the local public health advice is

Just because crowds are allowed in does not necessarily mean that away fans from other countries will be allowed in. Chances are we'll be out of luck.

Bulgaria daily cases at an all time high. Can’t see them being on any green list.. what does that mean for the match? How can we play there 3 days before a home match when people have to quarantine? Obviously rules can change between now and then

Posting on the phone so it may not link. Think it's absolutely dead in the water (if it wasn't already) any chance of being able to travel to Bulgaria and attend the match.

On the Thurs? I booked day of the draw and it's at the same time as it was then, had my hopes up there!

I’ve been changed from the direct flight with Ryanair on the Tuesday to the Thursday. Would be ideal if the game goes ahead but will be able to get full refund now regardless.

The chance of a flight change is the risk taken when booking long in advance, but it works nicely on this occasion. Wink

It was booked on the day of the draw when there was very little talk of coronavirus. Booking early works out and saves a lot 9 times out of 10
