Tremendous scenes at Semple Stadium there as the referee refuses to wait for the end of the Father Ted style canned anthem and the players knock lumps out of each other over the "shoving Connie around the field" bit before and as the ball is thrown in

All with a brand new, low, sh*t camera angle

Limerick are pretty comfortable here

I think they'll win the All-Ireland

0-36 for Limerick

They were in cruise control there

They have such a strong squad that it's very hard to see beyond them

Kilkenny completely caught them on the hop last year

Limerick very good today and will get better as the championship rolls on. Limerick vs Tipp will be a cracker and please god Waterford win the day before and we can scout out our Munster final opponents. Cork been wrote off by a lot of people and i think they will be flying next weekend. As a Waterford hope to god we got our house in order and much better than the last 2 years.  Wexford vs Galway will be a great game too and hard to call. Kilkenny should have enough for Dublin but never know

Next weekend is a massive weekend for hurling, 4 provincial semi finals and the qualifiers draw.
Getting to a Munster/Leinster final is massive and you escape the minefield which is the qualifiers

Qualifiers format
Round 1- (6 teams who didn't make the Provincial finals 3x Munster & 3x Leinster, 1 team from each province will get a bye to round 2)
2x Munster vs 2x Leinster

Round 2- 2x bye teams vs 2x Winners from Round 1

All Ireland QFs- 2x Round 2 winners vs Beaten Munster/Leinster Finalists

All Ireland SFs- Munster/Leinster Champions vs 2x QF winners

Draw between Wex and Galway.
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Try telling that to the bookies.

They won't show the hurling because football is on. This is ridiculous.

It's on the red button and it's no different if it was a double header on RTE they'll always stick with the match that's on

They got level and that was the chance to go on and win it, and then of course Kilkenny would score the next two points

I only watched the second half from about 58 minutes on as I had switched to Cork v Waterford

Dillon seemed to make a massive difference, he has no fear and really irritates defenders, that transmits to the rest of the team

Dublin lost that game in their own heads, once in the first half, and then again at the end, Kilkenny are a massive bogey

Tactics in the first half were terrible as well, lumping it in on top of Rushe when he was marked by two men and no team mate within 40 yards of him

Dublin's whole game turned to sh*t in the first half

At least they know they can play now

Don't think that's a great Kilkenny team, mind, very patchy

It wasn't on the red button. That was the problem.
