Following a question from Alan Kelly on Twitter, I checked the record books to see if two goalkeepers had ever made their Ireland debut in the same game before Mark Travers and Kieran O'Hara did so against Bulgaria

Passed 4,000 followers on Twitter last night: https://twitter.com/irish_abroad
I know there's a few followers from the forum, so I'd like to thank you for putting up with me flooding your feed every weekend with updates.

Every 1,000 followers I do a Q&A on anything to do with Irish football, stats, and the site itself, but I'm on holidays at the moment, so if you have any questions reply here, or on Twitter, and I'll get back to you when I'm home

Watching Blackburn - Luton, Blackburn have Greg Cunningham, Darragh Lenihan, and Derrick Williams as 3 of their starting back 4.  James Collins starts for Luton and just scored a decent header, was the one non-Irish member of the back 4 who let him get free, right back Elliott Bennett.

Match of the Day claimed that Aaron Connolly's brace at the weekend made him the 100th Ireland player to score in the Premier League, but is he? I've investigated the claim, and discovered a possible alternative: http://irish-abroad.appspot.com/Blog?id=6603887245440361367

Great piece of research.

I haven't viewed the list, was Declan Rice counted?

I must remember to not make any claims regarding any sort of football statistic around tetsujin even if the sources are as reliable as the bbc.
