am I the only one happy with this?

We've two games. Win either were through. Park the negative sh*te tactics and go for it  Nothing to lose whatsoever.

This game ended a draw you know we'd shut up shop go for two draws and f**k it up.

Roll on Tuesday

Well we will be though. Finishes like this if we were to win Tuesday we would be through. The swiss wouldnt be able to catch us

We've essentially a 1 legged playoff chance at home to qualify now

It would have been a hell of a lot easier if we'd just went out and tried to win today. Beat a team ranked 91 in the world, or try to beat teams ranked in the top 20, which of those alternatives sounds easier?
We're decent enough..

Last time that happened we lost 5-1 versus the exact same team. Not confident at all.

Is it absolutely certain with this result that either a win against Swiss or Denmark would put us through, regardless of other results?

Shows how much of an ask it is for us to go an get a win when it matters. Should have gone for it today in the second half. Much harder to do it at home to Denmark

Surely winning one game out of 2 is not beyond us, even after the performance we saw today

Kasper Schmeichel kept them in that game.

Switzerland going to be under pressure on Tuesday.

I think we get at them as someone said one win sees us through.

Though I'd say two draws would be the most likely outcome

It was probably always going to come down to the last game so we are still in with a shout.
Can’t see us winning either game. We won’t score more than 1 goal in each game.

What if (hypothetical I know) Swiss draw with Georgia? If Swiss beat us and we beat Denmark, then three of us on 15 points?

I think we would lose out on GD?

Schmeichel  pulled off some savage saves for the Danes. I think the Switz are a better team than the Danes. We'd have more of a chance of beaten the Danes in Dublin than taking 3 points off Switzerland

at the end of the day, this should have been alot simpler with a win today. Yes Georgia can be tricky to beat away, but we were so bad and they really never threatened our goal.
It was there for the taking and the team, management bottled it! Today was our chance to go out against swiss and denmark knowing just kne result would do us.
Now we NEED 2 results, one of which being a win and then still its tight..
Playoffs is lucky are beckoning
