Probably got an idea today of why Milan were happy enough to just go with a 6 month contract for the Heffernan lad for now. Still don't get all the hype and publicity that went with that move. Probably just down to who his dad is.

How does Shavsak qualify to play for us? He’s playing out in Hungary! That’s some find even by FAI standards.

For sure and he got some abuse yesterday for the ball going over his head.
OK, it was a bad mistake but he looked cool and composed on the ball for the most part, up against very good players.
We gotta understand these are very young players and mistakes wil happen, and for the defenders up against Europe's top talent in their age-group, those can be punished harshly.

He looks a decent player and well done the FAI etc. for bringing him in.

Savshak used to play youth football in Louth. His mother is Irish also, from Dundalk.

Yeah not a great day of results for the underage teams yesterday but would fancy a few from both the 17s and 19s to have a real chance of making it to senior level, which is what it is all about really.

The quality of the streams are second to none though.

Finnish keeper seems dodgy. Umeh nearly scored minutes earlier when he couldn't control a back pass and poor again spilling the ball for Umeh's goal.

Zefi really is a class apart from anyone else on the Irish team, is really standing out. Ireland need to score again, can't see us keeping a clean sheet. Pity about the peno, was a poor hit

It seems in this particular age group our defensive players are the unconvincing ones it seems. They have been poor both of the games.
