Angel's Breath was a stupid price, he's only run once before today for Henderson I believe (Elixir de Nutz beat the winner today in the Tolworth by the way). The fav at the moment is Al Dancer, who won the Betfair Hurdle last week, looked very good doing it too.

Disappointing- was sat on a nice double with him and Sir Erec.

Yeah, he looked like the one to beat in it. I've had Kalashnikov backed for it with a while, but his last 2 runs (albeit going right handed) have me worried.

Scientist, would you not think Min will go in CC again?

nope! i really don't see why they would enter it against Altior when it doesn't have an absolute hope. Altior is 2/5 at present

Glen Forsa looked a potential class act when it demolished Kalashnikov last time out

Ah but shur jesus, there isn't a horse around that would beat Altior over 2m at the moment, barring a fall or injury. You still have to take the chance. Didn't Min get beaten by Politilogue last year too over the Ryanair trip? (I'm doing my best to convince myself he runs on the Wednesday because I have him backed w/o Altior btw LOL )

He was brilliant at Kempton too on Stephen's Day, very good jumper. I had him backed for the Close Brothers which is out the window now, but whether he goes for the Arkle or the JLT, I'll have a few quid on him still

The only thing that puts me off him is that Mick Channon trains him

Judging by Ruby’s comments yesterday, Laurina is going for the Champion Hurdle. Had hoped she’d go for the easier race later that day
