Going with Jason Day at 28/1 and Jordan Spieth who is 60/1 with one bookmaker, in no form whatsoever but hopefully he can turn it around this week and complete the Grandslam.

Will be backing Koepka EW

Why? He's 10/1, less in PP, 1/5th odds so 2/1 to place but effectively 6/4.

€10 e,w €20 stake - if he wins returns €140, if 2-8 or so, returns €30
€20 win - returns €220

Maybe I should have clarified- I’ll be putting a £2 bet on Koepka.
I’m betting for a bit of fun, not trying to make money from the bookies!

Well then it makes even less sense! If he places will return €3 just on a €1 ew bet, only stand to gain one euro, €22 if he wins on a €2 stake.

100/1 is a shocking price for Lowry.

He is 225/1 with Black Type.

SkyBet and Coral offering 10 places and have him at 150/1.

100/1 is a shocker of a price.

Thanks for working out the odds for me - I’d never have known otherwise!

As I said it’s for a bit of fun.

I can't see anyone stopping Koepka this week, ended up backing him too.

He’s the best player in the world at the moment who seems to bring his A game to the majors.

He said he wants to reach double figures in majors so is not short on confidence.
He has a good chance of winning all 4.

That title seems to change very regularly in golf.
Hard to stay at the top.

They said on the RTE sports news this morning that Koepka is the next best player after the 'Tiger gang'. I don't even know who the Tiger gang are?

He's making the majors look easy in a way only Tiger at his peak did. You can't argue with him when he says he's being underrated.

I assume they mean the best player since Tiger.
Ive never heard of the ‘tiger gang’.

Since Tiger 11 year ago, Rory looked like he would dominate for ages (4 in 4 years) or Spieth (3 in 3 years) but Koepka looks like he will have 4 in 3 years and unlike Rory (putting) or Spieth (driving) has no weakness.

If he wins the US PGA he would be the first player to win 2 majors B2B. With a 7 shot lead it’s his to lose now.

How would he be the first player to win two majors back to back? Even Harrington did it at the open. Or am I missing something here?
