Looking forward to the game, super value and down the road so handy.
From my group of friends who I would normally talk football with but are not big match goers, I've already got a couple on board to go. There is a general excitement around the team and combined with the opposition and the handy location on the luas line and the value, I reckon it will be well attended. One would imagine it is a condition of the rental agreement. Maybe the FAI pay very, very little for it.

Anyone else having issues downloading the free U21 tickets for the Italy game? I could be wrong but there appears to be none left.

Possibly, the Tallaght capacity has been reached or they are keeping an amount for general sale....I'd be worried a lot of season ticket holders downloaded the ticket and won't be arsed going at the time

if anyone can give me a few tickets let me know. Lots of our staff looking to go as they taught one of the players and I said I'd look after them with season tickets. Didn't think it would sell out!

I didn't think it would.
How many ST folks took tickets with no intention of going? |

There's 10 to 15 thousand ST holders with only a minor percentage of those going to Tbilisi so its not hard to see how it could sell out (especially as a significant proportion of ST holders are Dublin based). I can't see why many would go to the bother of downloading a ticket and printing it out if they had no intention of going. Sure a few will but the numbers would be insignificant imo.

I suspect there may be quite a few empty seats on the night from ST holders taking the option of getting one and deciding for certain later on if they're going. I hope not, but it won't surprise me.
As a ST holder myself I was hoping that this would be on in the Aviva - as it stated on the fixture list we received in the post with the card - as it's a bit easier for me to get to. However, that was a bleedin typo so I decided not to go. I know the cost of staging it in the Aviva would be more than in Tallaght but if the form of the U-21s continues the way it has, they might have to look into that for a future game.
