You seem to have some bizarre fixation on Elbouzedi. I don't think he's likely to make it at senior level either (you're never going to have an Irish U-21 side where every player is), but he's been ok today. I wonder if he was still playing in the reserves of a British side rather than and Irish first team would you be as down on hik?
We're decent enough..

Am i missing something, Idah and Elbuzedi have been Irelands best players, Idah holding the ball up great and laying it off, exactly what he is up there to do, and Elbuzedi constantyl beating his man showing some lovley touches.

It’s quite clear that Elbouzedi is not going to make it as a senior international based off his recent showings at u21 level. Kenny seems to really rate him though.

The midfield has been really good at pressurizing Armenia into forking up possession.

Had 3 great chances to score in the last 15 minutes. Definitely a much better side, but think we should show more patience when our wide players get it instead of looking to cross it into the box each time, especially as it's Idah up against 2 or 3 Armenians.
