Being criticized by Roddy should serve as an endorsement.

been pretty accurate so far

1 goal  in 8 games (95th minute Duffy header)

If you dismiss Kenny why would you listen to Collins.  What makes roddy more qualified than Kenny.
He must be measuring it on a scale of how many clubs Roddy has contributed to them going bust.

For the 100th time on this forum, I'll ask again. What is the alternative to Kenny right now? Factoring in to equation that the FAI is broke and can't afford compensation or to pay another manager to come on board.

Funny how all the 'dinosaurs' have absolutely no problem getting jobs........

So you can’t answer the question

Pulis, Warnock, Dyche, BSA - all in demand

You want a proven international manager who's cheap. available and knows the Leagues?

Lawrie Sanchez.

Ultimately because of the situation there is no alternative.
But that’s hardly a ringing endorsement.
Calling it as is we’re told Kenny’s arrival would herald the beautiful game in reality it hasn’t.
He has put himself and the squad under pressure and two of his back room staff leaving only adds more questions than answers.

He is treading water no doubt people are saying give Him a campaign he  has had 7 competive games where 1 result  would most Likely kept us as a second seed and couldn’t achieve this

He needs a result against Serbia or it could be the beginning of the end

LOL
He would become a national icon.

I’m quite disappointed AVFC has confirmed he has been on the wind up this whole time, not sure what’s Murph’s excuse.

Keep Kenny on for as long as he wants ..................

I would say give 12 years at $150,000 a year sure everybody would be happy on here apart from a few that is .

Strawman argument used when you know you have lost the debate.  Nobody is saying that.  Most are saying things need to
Improve and that a review should be carried out at the end of the qualifiers.

It’s a small tiny cohort on here who want a dismissal now after 8 games.  Crazy stuff.

The only remaining debate now is whether or not Kenny will end up being worse than Stan. Thus far, he is doing worse.

I’m now convinced that avfc is that lad that was on Primtime with the jumper with Eamon Dunphy. The head of the supporters confederation.

"I'm really encouraged by our 60% possession against Luxembourg. Their winning goal was very fortunate, it must be said."

"I thought we knocked it about well against Portugal in the opening ten minutes. 6-0 flatters them a great deal."

It's difficult to see Kenny surviving two defeats in March. We would almost certainly not qualify. Despite the dire financial situation, losing at home to Luxembourg might be a bridge too far for the FAI. No one wants to see Kenny (ie Ireland) fail - it's his ability to succeed that's under debate.
So you think the fai would be able to afford sacking Kenny after two games and then pay another manager for the remainder of a campaign that there would be absolutely 0% chance of salvaging if we lose the first two games? What planet have you been living on?

Yes. Credit has never been cheaper so borrowing has never been more affordable. Kenny is not on mega bucks. As badly off as the FAI, an additional 500k of debt is no biggy. Losing at home to Luxembourg would of course be a sack able offence.
