#thfc Mourinho is prepared to reverse Pochettino's 'no loans' policy for some of Tottenham's best young players – but not for Troy Parrott, who is set to be given more first team opportunities, starting on Wednesday.

Dan Kilpatrick who's a reliable spurs reporter has said this on twitter.

Maybe mourinho likes what he sees of him in training. If he was getting a few chances here and there then great. Otherwise i would like to see him to to maybe a lower end championship side to try and score some goals. Any chance he gets be great to see him score for spurs. That would make Mourinho persist with him at least giving him some minutes.

You may laugh, but he only has 18 months left on his contract.

And with certain continental clubs said to be sniffing around him (could be Agent's talk, tbf), then I wouldn't be in the least surprised if Levy has instructed Mourinho to keep TP close - at least until he signs an extension.

Either way, I bet Troy's glad he didn't sign something stupid like a 6 year contract... LOL

No Kane, Dele or Lamela.
In all 10 established players not in the squad.

I reckon he will start.

I appreciate Tottenham were 5-0 up in the last game and they have already qualified to the next round of the champions league but parrott still needs to impress to make this much progress in such a short time.

McClean scored last night.

Very promising
