Ipswich haven't scored in the last 6 games. Troy hasn't been in.the squad for the last 4. While Troy has most definitely underwhelmed, it's obvious that there's bigger issues going on there.

I didn't think there was any obvious issue with discipline regarding parrot. When I said there was bigger issues I meant in regards to Ipswich.

Surely if Ipswich had disciplinary issues with parrot they just send him back to Spurs. Seems hardly worth the hassle for a loan player.

In general there just seems to be a lot of baseless stuff regarding parrots discipline. When it comes to his current ommison it just seems fairly obvious. The manager doesn't think he's been playing well enough, and there's a very good chance he's not going to be there next season, so why waste a place in the squad when Cook can be taking a look at somebody else who will be there next season.

Difficult to understand why they don't just end the loan move by mutual agreement. Neither ipswich nor Parrott seem to be benefitting here.

Lads I'm a better play than Aaron Drinan who is making the bench ahead of him. WTF is going on?

Spurs need to act fast! Protect the player and bring him home. Manager clearly has no clue if he's going to use a very average player like Drinan instead of one of the best attacking prospects in the English league.

Ipswich Town U23s lined up against Nottingham Forest: White, Andoh, Armin, Clements, Crane, Alexander, Healy, Chirewa, Ward, Simpson, Page. Subs: Bort, Bradshaw, Humphreys, Valentine, Oppong.

Cant see Parrot in the squad, wonder if he's returning to spurs or injured or just struggling to break into the ipswich u23 squad now?

There would be no point for Parrott playing at the standard the Ipswich u23s play at.  you could speculate on why he made an appearance with them.  I would expect him to be back in the next squad for Ipswich or back at Spurs.  My guess at the moment is whatever is going on, both clubs are in agreement on it.

I dont.  Mentioned it 3 times in 12 months.  Not sure that counts as every week.

Maybe people need to re-evaluate their expectations?

I mean it wasn't so long ago that people were having a go at Jose for not playing him and it's clear he wasn't ready then, let alone now.

He's still very young - not Matt Doherty young!

He'll make it, but the level he makes it at is up for debate.
