So expect Spurs to recall him from his loan and play him in their u23s if Ipswich are done with him? No point his staying playing category 2 u23 games...basically Leinster Senior League level.

People were saying he'd struggle at Spurs because Jose doesn't give youngsters a chance. I'm sure he'll be back in the Spurs squad with the next manager no doubt.

He should be hoping ipswich keep him on loan again next season. I can't imagine another team will give him the amount of opportunities that ipswich have.
If he scores a few in their u23 they'll give him another shout .

He's wasn't playing with their u23s yesterday, also their u23s are playing at a level well below spurs u23s. If he has not all ready gone back to spurs he should do and play out the season in their u23s.
As said earlier in this thread, from what i saw of him he wasnt ready to go out on loan this season. Hopefully he learns and develops from this, but hard to see this expereince as anything other than negative.

Ipswich were trashed 3 - 0 today by the worst team in the league. Troy clearly ain't the problem at that club and I hope for his sake he gives them a wide berth next year. He should be sitting down with his agent in a few weeks and look to find himself a proper club where he can develop instead of watching the ball constantly kicked over his head.

At this stage you'd wonder whether he'll even make it to the end of the season at Ipswich or whether they'll maybe just send him back to Spurs early.

wasn’t all that long ago he was getting minutes against Real Madrid in Pre season friendlies and looking the part . I’ll give him time before writing off. The saviour he is not

I admit I have hopes this guy will turn out to be top class, it's hard to keep the hopes up after this season but he's still young. Just watching Phil Foden there tonight, ridiculous. Please may we have a crumb of talent somewhere.
