Awful news and far too common.

Lads, in particular, when he are on the phone to a friend, no matter how good he sounds, just ask him properly if he is ok. Sometimes the answer will surprise you, but it can make a big difference.

Found out today an old pal took his life this morning. Absolutely devastating news. The kindest, soundest, funniest guy you could meet. The traits that are so often associated when you hear of suicide. He'd go out of his way for you.

At least you realise it, the real problems are when you don't! Are you able to talk to someone to let it out? The big problem, or part of it, is people not having the social release valves and seeing the same people all the time; no matter how much you live them they can get on your tits.
Probably little consolation right now, but at least you can see in front of you what it is all for with your brother being vulnerable. Keep the faith.

Hey mate take one day at a time and the better days will be with us not so far into the future. Keep the people who care around you. The good thing is you are prepared to speak about how you feel. 
Everyone is feeling it now and some a lot more then others but together we will all be ok.
Take care mate and hopefully some time in the not too distant future we even have a football match with lads in green jerseys to watch 🇮🇪🇮🇪

I thought I was coping alright with everything over this period but the last 2 week's as brought me right back to reality with a bang. Been in terrible form serious struggle some days to even get out of the bed to "work from home" and no light at the end of the tunnel in regards to real change as we been told it be phase 5 before even look at going back to the office Ouch 

being confined to house too doesn't help as everyone is on edge as brother in the high risk category and even with things getting a little better can't be too carefully were he is concerned

Nope it was a new one , The Prince went around to see people up and down the country with his Heads up campaign which he is running in line with the FA .
