Sarri doesn’t like changing things much
You would think he’d try Kante in DM the odd time
How is Alonso always starting? He’s been poor this season.
Loftus Cheek should get more games

After City home or away, away to Wolves was the toughest draw United could have got there.

Still, should have enough to get past Wolves.

Had a complete nightmare last night.

Herrera was excellent for United.

2-0 down and Sarri brings on Zappacosta & Barkley and leaves Giroud & Hudson Odoi on the bench Confused
Utd played well in fairness to them, Chelsea were too slow in everything they did. Thought the keeper was poor for the second one. Great ball in though
Some people just deserve a slap

What I was saying before the game when the teams are picked. He just seems to pick the same players in the same positions for every game (bar the Europa League) no matter how they are playing or how results are going.
He's made the Barkley for Kovacic sub 10 times or something this season I was reading there

You'd think he would try something else at this stage

I only watched the first half when, tbf, Chelsea weren't that bad.

But was amazed to read his 2nd half subs - no wonder Chelsea fans booed. Also explains why Sutton reckons he'll go even before the Carabao Final (though I suspect he'll still limp through til Sunday).

Anyhow, I'm beginning to think Sarri's already thrown in the towel i.e. is (privately) hoping he'll get sacked, and sooner rather than later.

That way he'll get his compo and go back to Italy, where he'll be able to claim that it was all Chelsea's fault in not giving him nearly enough time, thus preserving his reputation in Serie A.

Who was it that Chelsea actually wanted to replace Courtois but their club wouldn't sell so they went for the 2nd option of Kepa? (Was it Oblak?)

P.S. I like Kepa but I don't think he's a top 4 team keeper

Yeah very much appeared to be a panic signing.

It might be a bit early to pass full judgement considering the state of De Gea when he first arrived at United, but the initial signs certainly aren't great.

I have no doubt Kepa will turn out to be a freak goalkeeper.

A lot of the Spanish press wanted him to start ahead of De Gea after the World Cup.

Really? What makes you think that?
I haven't been overly impressed with any aspect of his game since he came to Chelsea.
