Remember Paul Butler? Played one awful half for Ireland against the Czechs, think he switched to Wales then. Alex Bruce is another who springs to mind.

I'm sure he qualified through his stepdad, which seemed an oddity. Where does the Wales story come from? Did he actually get a call-up for them? Was he even eligible?
